Cucina Honey & Walnut workshop  

 

The Weekend Workshop starts with a Saturday hands on visit to the Bell’s walnut orchard on the edge of Lake Corangamite (the largest inland permanent salt water lake in Australia) and then a visit to Dr Anna, the Apiarist near Camperdown who happens to live in a very special place between two volcanic lakes. We will share a picnic lunch in the Camperdown Botanic Gardens followed by a honey tasting and afternoon tea at Buukaar Waaruung apiary.

On Sunday we will create and enjoy 5 dishes based on these hero ingredients.

Saturday 10am -4pm, Sunday 11am – 3pm
