Farmed by the Timboon Distillery family just out of Timboon, ABeckett’s Creek, grass fed black angus beef, embodies a true regional paddock to plate approach. Grown ethically in a small heard, the beef is processed by a Western Victoria artisan butcher and used by the Distillery chefs on the in house menu. Fresh and frozen beef packs are also available to purchase from the Distillery provedore.
