Our farm with its walnut orchard on the rich, volcanic soil of Red Rock volcano produces a remarkably- creamy and tasty walnut unlike anything you will find in the supermarket. Hand-harvested in April, we select only the best walnuts to be sold on the farm, in local markets and by provedores in 500g bags. Bulk bags (1.5kg) also available, along with kernel and baked walnut panforte. Green walnuts are available in December to early January for pickling or liqueur on a pick-your-own basis (ring first). Our truffière of oak and hazel trees produces black truffles in June to August. Sold primarily to restaurants, they are also available to the public via an email list or Facebook. Contact us to be put on the list. Our amazing truffle dog Riley can also search your truffière for the precious black fungus.
