Step by Step instructions for completing Prospective Member Application

  1. Click Apply for Membership. This will open the Otway Harvest Trail profile page on our membership software, JoinIt.
  2. Click Join next to Prospective Member. All new members must apply as a Prospective Member even if you know what which category you wish to ultimately purchase.
  3. This will open up the application form. Proceed to complete all fields as required or as relevant. The fields are:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Phone (this is the number we will use to contact you which may vary from your business number)
    • Facebook URL. You can obtain this by going to your business facebook page on desktop and copying and pasting the URL.
    • Address, Street, Suburb, Post Code, State, Country. This is the address we will use to contact you and may differ from your business address
    • Trading Name. Your business name.
    • Address for public display (type As Above if the same)
    • Email for public display (type As Above if the same)
    • Phone number for public display (type As Above if the same)
    • Opening Hours (N/A for Accommodation)
    • Website
    • What type of business do you run? Select from the options available. If you do not fit one of the categories, please contact us for clarification
    • Which membership category do you want to apply for? Select from options
    • Does the category you are applying for include an additional listing? If not, skip all questions relating to Additional Listing. If you run more than business and wish to purchase an additional listing, please complete the following questions that start with the words “Additional Listing” shown in italics below. Otherwise skip to the last question.
      • once your membership is approved to proceed, you will pay by credit card.
  4. Once you have completed your information fields, scroll back up to the top and click Join on the right hand side. (Do not click Add Member at the bottom.)
