Chef Dan Hunter’s award winning restaurant and guest suites, set on a Birregurra hillside, is a place to interact with nature and eat from the land. Seasonal tasting menus are created with location in mind and reflect a close connection with the land and the pristine natural surrounds of the Otways. Brae’s organic farm provides seasonal vegetables, olives, stone fruits, citrus, nuts and berries for use in the restaurant, while resident bees provide honey and assist with pollination.
