Chef Dan Hunter’s award winning restaurant and luxury guest suites are located on a hillside two kilometres from the Birregurra township, on a working organic farm. Seasonal tasting menus reflect a close connection with the land and the pristine natural surrounds of the Otways and incorporate organic vegetables, olives, stone fruits, citrus, nuts, grain crops, berries and honey from Brae Farm.
